8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

El tratamiento bajo los términos de la LPDP y la RGPD cumple con las medidas de seguridad técnicas y organizativas apropiadas. CMP mantiene una base de datos con el registro de sus clientes. Los datos presentes en esta base de datos son solo los datos proporcionados por ellos en el momento del registro, que se recopilan y procesan automáticamente, en los términos aprobados por la Comisión Nacional de Protección de Datos, por CMP, la entidad responsable del archivo correspondiente. En ningún caso se solicitará información sobre creencias filosóficas o políticas, afiliación de partido o sindicato, fe religiosa, vida privada y origen racial o étnico, así como datos de salud y vida sexual, incluidos datos genéticos.


Finalidad del tratamiento de los datos
